As the days are shortening, the temperature is being crazy and now we have entered what I call late summer here in Michigan. I am a BIG fan of fresh produce and love to frequent farmer’s markets or even farm to table restaurants. This week I would like to share with you my Dried Tomato recipe that I have been busily making the last couple of weeks.
I’ve officially become a vegetarian. I feel like making the change snuck up on me but looking back I could see the transition in my eating from the past few months. To be honest, I have been so lost these last couple of weeks creatively in the kitchen. I love to cook, and to be honest, I’m a great cook, but all of my life cooking revolved around the protein aspect of the meal first, and then the vegetables. Because of this new lifestyle change, I decided to give Hello Fresh a try with the goal of getting new inspiration on how to eat and cook as a vegetarian!
