I’ve officially become a vegetarian. I feel like making the change snuck up on me but looking back I could see the transition in my eating from the past few months. To be honest, I have been so lost these last couple of weeks creatively in the kitchen. I love to cook, and to be honest, I’m a great cook, but all of my life cooking revolved around the protein aspect of the meal first, and then the vegetables. Because of this new lifestyle change, I decided to give Hello Fresh a try with the goal of getting new inspiration on how to eat and cook as a vegetarian!
It’s finally Fall Y’all! Now that my favorite season (and Birthday Season) has finally arrived not to mention the outpour of Pumpkin Spice Latte’s I thought I would share with you tailgating Katie’s way. Let the football season begin!
Since my vacation I have had a case of Spring fever, BAD! I haven’t ditched my flip-flops either; which might not be a good thing as we came home to a snow storm. But the warmer temperatures are here, my flip flops are out and I am wearing bright colors and planning the first holiday we have had at home in 10 years!!!
