I’m going to let you in on a little secret or a life/eating update if you will. After a year of being a STRICT vegetarian I have slowly started to add seafood back into my diet. I had become a vegetarian because my body was rejecting all types of meat and just in the past couple of weeks I have been craving it again. I am a firm believer of listening to my body, so give it what it wants! You might notice that the title has changed for my Traveling food blogs, when I do NOT eat a vegetarian meal it will be called a Traveling Pescatarian post. My first one happens to be from Mulligan’s Grille in the Outer Banks, North Carolina!! What better place to start eating seafood?!?
I’ve been wearing this dress on repeat lately and I couldn’t wait to share it with y’all! Luckily it’s been a bit warmer here in Michigan so I was able to wear it during my daily life as well as during my trip to Florida a couple weeks ago.
February is my absolute least favorite month. It’s the shortest, yet feels like the longest. Normally I take a vacation by now somewhere warm and sunny as well as start preparing for Spring Break. This year I am staying in Michigan for the Winter and I need something warm and sunny to focus my attention on which is why I decided to interrupt your Valentine’s Day shopping for a Spring Break Swimsuit Wish List from Rosegal.
My trip to Curacao was a bit different for me and it left me wanting to do so much more on the island. I had never been to a port in the evening before, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It was a perfect little adventure that I can’t wait to return to continue.
On my most recent trip down south to visit family, we decided to take a day trip an hour and a half away to the Outer Banks, North Carolina! It is by far my favorite beach outside of the Caribbean and it was a perfect chance for me to relax and collect seashells.
St. Thomas was my first of the Virgin Islands and it definitely will not be the last. I had a delightful fun and unique experience visiting this port that actually started the morning before while we were dining at breakfast!
